What would happen if the human on the lost light became a bot (probably brainstorms doing), how does everyone react? (And whose totally into it ;P)

It was willing but Brainstorm had messed up. He didn’t think it through what happens if it does work. Can he reverse it and would it mess up their psyche? He didn’t talk to Rung about the chance he went on his hunch and did it.Brainstorm was ecstatic, his servo placed behind his helm and his optics show signs of a smile, almost bouncing in his place. He ran off to get Perceptor who pointed out his lack of forethought, “What are you planning to do now?”

Brainstorm froze, he didn’t know. He told them to return to their habsuite until he (and Perceptor) figured this out. -

They adjusted themselves on the best it creaked under the new weight it wasn’t made for. Bigger than a minibot but smaller than a regular size cybertronian, at least what they think is regular. The bed wasn’t the best place to be, it was sure to break. Deciding to not let that happen they heft themselves off the bed. It was clunkier than they would have liked it the bots of the Lost Light make it look so easy and effortless. To them their limbs felt heavy and awkward.

“Hello? It’s me, your captain speaking. Oh, also Magnus and Megatron are here. We want to see your cool new bod!” Rodimus said slightly muffled by the walls and door. They could hear Rodimus and Magnus bicker for a few seconds before they reached the door, their steps noisy as they still are just getting used to their body. They punched in their passcode and let the door open. They looked shocked. Megatron broke the silence by clearing his throat. Did they have to clear their throat? They figured they’d eventually find out. 

Rodimus lets himself in while Ultra Magnus and Megatron await invitation. Ultra Magnus nods to them as he enters and moves to the middle of the floor mostly not to crowd them. Megatron idled by the door not going too far into the habsuite. Rodimus looks around their room before turning back to the fresh mint bot. “You look nice! Hot, right Megatron, Magnus?” Rodimus peered over to them. Mostly Megatron. Megatron deftly looked away and shifted in his place. It looks like he was thinking of just bolting out from the room.

“Yes they’re pleasing to the optic” Ultra Magnus says before clearing his throat which is followed by an ex-vent. 

Magnus stayed silent for a moment before speaking up. “How are you with,” he stopped to think of his phrasing, “current events.” He gestured to them in general. “I’m pretty good considering what could have happened,” they affirm. Ultra Magnus nods at the answer, “ Good to hear.”

Rodimus sidled up to them resting his servo on their helm.

“We should tell everyone that you’re, well, you so they don’t think there’s an intruder or a new bot!” Rodimus starts guiding them out the door. Megatron didn’t speak, simply slid out of the doorway into the hall stepping back to give Rodimus a wide berth. Vaguely they could hear Ultra Magnus say something but it was hard to make out with the walls and being halfway down the hallway cause of the insistent speedster.

A little of sorting the crew into categories. Small cherry picking of the crew. Some people fall into multiple categories.

Mostly just concerned. Usually these people try to teach them how to function- Rung, Ratchet, Ultra Magnus, Perceptor, Chomedome and Rewind,

Like what they see and will try to get it- Rodimus, Drift, Blaster, Sunstreaker, 

Like what they see but too flustered to-Swerve, Cyclonus, Pipes, Trailbreaker, Rung, Ultra Magnus

Very confused about who they are- Red Alert, Riptide, Trailbreaker, Tailgate

Protective of them-Tailgate, Drift, Ratchet, Ultra Magnus, Blaster, Cyclonus

3. How I “Thought-Dump”

When you decide to make a story, whether it is a light novel, manga, movie, etc., it is best to plan out your story’s basic composition. Planning will help make your story a lot better, making it feel more fluid, creative, and unique. It can also help you avoid plot holes, inconsistencies with your characters, and writer’s block.

My favorite way of planning out my story is to do a “thought-dump.” Thought-dumping is taking any idea or thought and writing it down. The idea can be good or bad; just dump your thoughts onto a document. For example, I wanted a floating castle in my story, but it seemed illogical to add it. It just ruined some of the elements in the world I created. I ignored my brain and just added it anyway. After some thought, I found a way to add that floating castle. I tweaked a few things in my story, changed some characters, added some history, and made the castle significantly relevant to my arc and the whole series’s main plot. What I initially thought was a mistake ended up being one of my greatest decisions.

The best way I thought-dump is through a tool called Milanote. Milanote does not sponsor this post, but it is simply my favorite website, and I had to share it. Anyway, Milanote is a tool I use to organize my ideas and put them on a board. This board helps me better visualize my thoughts.

 You can add folder-type boards to organize your ideas.  You can also select a category for your board to use pre-made cards. For example, I created a new board and categorized it as “characters.”  This allowed me to use template cards specially made for characters.  The character cards allowed me to upload a picture for my character profile with a description of their goals, personalities, habits, and looks. I have made nearly a dozen characters to get a better understanding of them.

You can do the same with other card templates such as the novel plan, story outline, world-building, and story map. It is a really effective way to develop whatever I want in my story.

For my thought-dumps, I use an empty board and randomly place note cards to write my ideas. I can color-code these note cards to understand better what relevance they have. I now have about 50 note cards, some of which have up to 300 words. These thought-dumps can be anything: describing a character or his/her actions, an idea of a plot twist, outlining the power system of the world, anything you want. I am still in the planning/thought-dump phase, but once I’m near the end of it, I will connect all these notes in chronological order. This will assist me in reviewing which bits of information work, which ones don’t make sense. It will also help me check for plot holes within my ideas.

simpatico questions that haven’t been asked for me to do.

-Who holds the others hand first?

-They both did. reaching for the same screwdriver. 

-Who initiates the first kiss?

-Perceptor did. Brainstorm was silent for a few moments before coming back to the real world. He was happy.

-Who asks the other out for the first date?

-Brainstorm. But not in the way you would think. He went into perceptor’s computer and added a slide to his project. a project that would be in front of every officer he works with. Perceptor changed his password after that. But did brainstorm got a ‘yes’.

-Who says ‘I love you’ first?

-Perceptor did after he came back from a life or death mission. 

-Who’s ready for marriage first?

-Brainstorm been talking about it since they been dating. He won’t stop talking about the pros about marriage.

-Who wants kids first?

-Brainstrom. Like I said, he won’t stop talking about it. 

brainstrom: I just wanna squish their little face!!

-Who’s the first to break down because they’re going to be parents?

-Perceptor wasn’t expecting it. Not expecting his emotions to break either.

-Who’s the first to cuss in front of the baby?

-(They had a girl. Her name is atom) Perceptor is known for cursing violently when he fucks something up. Atom has picked it up and started cursing when one of her blocks fell. 

-Who’s name does the baby learn first?

-Zebra.

-Who’s least ready to let their kids grow up?

-brainstorm: SHE’S ALREADY SO BIG! 

Perceptor: Stormy, you literally JUST had her.

He’s not ready yet.
