When you got badly hurt in a mission, they were shit-scared. Alex and Lena worked together to fix you. Kara was pacing back and forth while Kelly was trying to calm her down. J'onn was anxious. Brainy kept telling himself that you'd be alright, while Nia was watching Alex and Lena fix you, making sure that you wouldn't let go.
He smells like lemons usually. It’s the scent of all his go to cleaning products and generally rubs off on him.

He does like a good pet name or two, and he’ll try them all out on you. He’s especially fond of the overly cute and sweet ones, but will only regularly use ones you like too.

He loves to cuddle. Especially under a blanket on the couch while watching a move with you. It’s just so cozy that he can’t stop smiling.

He’d definitely want to move in together, possibly a little earlier than you were ready for, but he’d patiently wait until you were ready too.

He’s very affectionate, but mostly with his words. He’ll tell you he loves you in a thousand well thought out ways with carefully chosen words.

Brainy is much more on the awkward end of the flirting scale. The only time he manages to be smooth is on accident. But like with anything, he’ll get better once he applies himself.

He’s not big on giving gifts. He doesn’t see a lot of romance or thoughtfulness in the gesture. Though he will spring for something special on important occasions.

He does like hugs to a certain extent. The longer they are, the less he likes them. He’s more partial to a short, tight hug, rather than one that goes lingers.
I = I Love You (How fast do they say the L-word?)
He is very nervous about saying it too fast and will want to schedule a good time to tell you for the first time, but he finally just abandons the plan when he realizes the timing is impossible to place and he’ll take your hands and say it.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
He doesn’t get super jealous. A little pouty when someone is getting a little too close to your for his comfort, but he’s mature enough to handle it.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you?)
His kisses are generally soft and searching, as if he always questions how far he can take it. It’s adorable how he lets you lead the kiss.
L = Little ones (How are they around children? Would they want some of their own?)
He’s a little awkward around kids, but he’s not bad with them. He might consider having some of his own one day, but it’s not a big dream of his.
M = Meet (How did they meet you?)
You met at the DEO. As a friend of Kara’s she brought you in and gave you a tour and Brainy sort of joined you and took over being your tour guide.

He is. He’s got an extensive knowledge of the best ways to recover quickly from various ailments and his tricks always seem to work.

Brainy loves to take you to museums and other fun and educational programs that he knows you’ll have interest in.

He proposes right around, if not on, the two year mark of your relationship. He knows he wants to spend his life with you and while nothing grand was planned, he did take you to one of your favorite spots to pop the question.

The way Brainy can be so eloquent one minute and be a complete bumbling mess in your presence the next is always something that you find sweet.
R = Routine (What does a typical day together look like? Routines, schedules, habits?)
The two of you are like a well oiled machine, working in tandem to both start and finish your days together. It’s highly efficient, which Brainy loves, and gives you the quality time together that you need.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you?)
He’s protective, but he only steps in to protect you when needed. If you can handle yourself, then he’s content to let you. He doesn’t need to play the role of the knight in shining armor to have value in your eyes.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, etc?)
He would try way too hard, sometimes so hard that it goes horribly wrong, and sometimes it actually turns out perfect. And this applies to dates, birthdays, pretty much anything.
U = Unique (What’s something they’d only do for you?)
Lose himself in your favorite hobby. Typically he has his own nerdy/super smart subset of hobbies, but he really takes a interest in what you find relaxing and gives a really good go of understanding and participating in it with you.
V = Vulnerable (How long does it take them to feel comfortable being vulnerable around you?)
A few months. He’s a little stiff and unsure of himself in the beginning until he really gets a good sense of who you are as a person. He’s always friendly, but he doesn’t like to give too much of himself away too fast.
W = Wardrobe (What would they wear to impress you?)
A suit. He looks incredible in a three piece suit and he doesn’t wear them nearly enough for your liking. But he can also impress you in a simple white button down with the first few buttons undone.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
Brainy loves to cook for you, and he loves to cook with you. There’s just something about making a meal together that gives him the warm fuzzies.
Y = You (What are some things they would like in a partner?)
He needs someone patient, engaging and willing to learn. He might always have the more superior intellect, but if you can teach him things outside his realm of knowledge, then he’s all in.
Z = Zzz (What are their sleep habits?)
He’s a fairly light sleeper, occasionally talking in his sleep a little. It’s cute, but also can be a bit annoying, though you know he can’t help it.

"Hello Y/N Danvers, Alex asked me to lead your training today," Brainy says entering the gym in the superfriends headquarters where you had been doing some warm-ups.
You had always known about your sister's crime fighting careers but it wasn't until a few months ago that you decided to join them.
Alex had been training you in hand to hand combat but she was busy on a mission with J'onn and told Brainy to cover for her.
You liked Brainy… You really liked Brainy and there was quite a bit of sexual tension between the two of you but when you asked him out he insisted on keeping the relationship professional.
Thanks to his powers Brainy was a lot harder to land a hit on then Alex.
Alex could absolutely kick your ass but at least with her you could make contact on your punches while Brainy could literally walk on walls to avoid you.
"Just breathe and focus Y/N," he says.
You close your eyes and take a deep breath, when you center yourself you open your eyes and take a swing which Brainy once again avoids but you see an opportunity and grab him, flipping him onto the ground.
"Well done, that was a most excellent maneuver very useful in a fight," he says with you on top of him, both of you breathing heavily.
You should get off of him but something is keeping you from moving.
"Screw it," you mumble and you kiss him.
"Y/N," Brainy mutters, "were supposed to be just friends."
"We're not just friends and you know it," you tell him.
Brainy stares up at you for a moment and sighs, "I'm afraid I can no longer remain professional," and now it's his turn to kiss you.
The kiss is getting heated when a voice breaks you out of your trance.
"You know Brainy I don't think this is what Alex meant when she asked you to train Y/N," Kara laughs having come in to check on you guys.
"My apologies Kara," Brainy says as you two get back to your feet.
"Don't apologize this means I won the bet with Alex on when you two would finally admit you liked each other," she smiles.
"Wait, you guys knew?" You ask.
"We're your big sisters of course we knew," Kara tells you.
"We should probably get back to training before Alex and J'onn return," Brainy suggests.
"And maybe with less kissing this time or at least save it for after training," Kara teases.
When your sister leaves you and Brainy are standing there in an awkward silence.
"Do you want to get dinner with me tonight? We can talk about what… this is," you say nervously, motioning between the two of you.
"Yes, that will be very nice Y/N," Brainy smiles at you.
