the newest adaption of the smurfs is making my brainy kinnie self super happy!! like ok so basically almost all previous adaptions have had me have weirdly forced romantic moments with smurfette like all the other smurfs do, but also the cartoon did have me kiss a guy and moments with guys seem a lot more natural. anyways the newest adaption has me hanging out with smurfette completely platonically with no hints of any romance tease, and then also has another guy kiss me (not a guy i was into but yknow) and we’re only eight episodes in. i was gay in my canon so this makes me super happy. also sorry for the long ask mod party cat but im brainy smurf so talking for a super long time is kind of inevitable.
