Mankoski Pain Scale

I didnt know if anyone would find this helpful. I have chronic pain and have found it difficult to use the normal 1-10 pain scale to explain to medical providers what I am feeling. The Mankoski Pain Scale was created for people living with chronic pain and bases its ratings more on how that pain causes daily limitations, not on how you physically appear. Hope this helps!
