I love watching deep dives into fandoms and similar topics and I just know that one day one is gonna be done on the dsmp fandom and a large section is gonna have to be on the amount of canceling that happens, the doxing, the death threats and the amount of sexualisation that has happened. There are good parts to this fandom but I just have a feeling that people looking at it from a outside view are just gonna see the toxic parts and honestly this fandom probably needs someone from the outside just to call out the amount of toxicity there is (obviously there is toxicity in every fandom but there is so much hatred in this fandom)

Oh absolutely. I hate when they say “It’s only a small percent!!” because... it’s not. There are thousands of people in poppytwt and nsfwmcyttwt, and 10x as many people in the main fandom that are pushing the line between normal and nsfwmcyttwt. When you go on Twitter, how many times do you see death threats or someone getting cancelled? Hell even this community is a bad part, even if we have good takes. We’re still truthing and shipping. You wonder why everyone who leaves the fandom ends up hating it, because it’s a bad fandom. Everyone in it is just in a hive mentality. If anyone was in old Tumblr fandoms like Supernatural or Sherlock, you’d know how bad it is looking back on the fandom. In the moment you thought it was cool and fun, but now you look back at the heritage posts and cringe. Only difference between spnblr and mcyttwt is that at least you can laugh about having been in the Supernatural fandom

Bram would harass/post neg vagues about anyone who ships non-Ranboo ships despite being like 20+ and ig people stopped taking their bs lmao. Also they’re fake asf and lied about why they blocked me so that we would uncancel them

Can someone in ranboos circle repeatedly tell him to take a break till he does, he is probably gonna burnout if he doesn't or mess up his mental state more. He can tweet out that it's not his birthday if that is why he is still streaming everyday.

I found this community when the wiki stuff happened and before that I kinda liked the mods but had no realy opinion on them but since then my opinion has just been dropping lower and lower. They need a reality check and so does ranboo they aren't professional enough. If this was a paying job or even in volunteering they probably would've been demoted or asked to leave.
