Meghan's birthday party photo WAS a fake

It looks like it was photoshopped in using a picture from 2020.

Users ericablair and heartnoir over at Lipstick Alley in the MMUO thread have cracked the case and found the photo used for Meghan's image in the black and white birthday pic. The picture is an exact replica of a photo of Meghan from the Endeavor Awards in March 2020. Photo proof at bottom of screenshot, below. Great sleuthing, LSA ladies!
