Swan had no idea what she was protecting this boy from. She just knew that the older male was in danger and it was a Precure’s duty to protect the innocent. It didn’t matter who the opponent was. She’d even take on a god if the situation called for it.

“Swan Barrier!” Using her Love PreBrace, Swan used the powder blue dome of energy to protect herself from the incoming attack. She looked back at the young man and smiled softly, as if to reassure him. “I know what I’m doing! I’ll be fine! Please go somewhere safe!”

Glenn looked at the guest as he had entered the clubroom not seeing Shurimon being present at all. Ofcourse he couldn’t blame the Digimon for that. It was better that way or at least it seemed like that. “Maybe I was a bit too harsh on Shurimon..”He thought to himself as he quickly shook his head before turning his attention towards the guest.

“Can I help you with something?”He asked in a reluctant manner.

She didnt know what to say, nor if there was anything to say. In a way, Taichi was right. They could accidently hurt someone..they already had. Even the news report said it was a miracle no lifes were lost.

How can you be mad at someone for common sense?

Taichi was right..but their friends needed them, the world needed them. They werent given a choice. That power wasnt theirs to decide..it almost felt forced in some twisted way. Like soldiers thrown to battle and to carry the burden others couldnt. She loved Gatomon and everyone else.. she loved the digital world and would never take it for granted.

And yet..

“Agu...mon?” Tsubasa repeated. What was an Agumon? Tsubasa’s lips curled into a frown, her previous curiosity turning into confusion.  And why did the boy pause?! Was he... about to lie before he paused? There was no way of knowing for sure, much to Tsubasa’s dismay. She opened her mouth to speak, but she quickly shut it when she realized it would be very rude to pry into something that was probably supposed to be a secret. But wait... why did he tell her in the end?

The thinking produced an awkward period of silence. When Tsubasa realized it had been quiet for too long, her first reaction was to panic. She messed up! She totally messed up! Again! 

“Um! Th-That’s a very nice name!” Tsubasa shouted at the poor stranger. Oh, now she had done it! This guy was going to think she was weird! Not like it would be the first time that had ever happened, that she had blown her chance to be friendly with someone. But still-! 

She could feel the blood rushing to her face. The warmth of her embarrassment started to burn. Was there a way to fix this?!
