This weekend, my parents came to visit. I'm lucky enough to have parents that would drive across the country to come sit with me as I work endlessly on Financial Accounting on my days off from work. The past couple of weeks have been very difficult on me, which is unusual. I like to think I'm immune to stress and melt downs--but hey I'm only human.
My Dad gave an example that just like a rubber band, you never how much it could expand until you stretch its limits. I had no idea how far my "rubber band" could stretch. Despite this being the most challenging and overwhelming summer of my life, it has also been the most exciting, rewarding, and humbling.
