I can't post this elsewhere right now, but two weeks ago I set out to make a full sized demogorgon. Tonight I finished it. At least enough to be presentable. For tomorrow. The first appearance. I'm not completely happy because I only had a limited time and cheap materials to work with but..it is finished.
