Amaya

She doesn’t have the patience to cook and believes that cooking hotter is always better. She burns everything because she tries to make things cook faster, but she still eats it. It’s food after all. 

She gets bored with prep. If she and Janai have knives, they probably end up sparring. Someone gets pinned to a counter and no cooking gets done.

She will occasionally try to make a meal when she’s out with a small team, but Corvus and Gren generally have to rescue it. 

She would approve of Soren’s bread sandwich.

Janai

She shares Amaya’s belief that cooking hotter is better. She will not, however, eat the food that manages to be burnt and undercooked at the same time.

She has only tried to cook a few times in her life, and every single time ended in disaster. 

Even when she’s out with a small team, someone else cooks. Everyone knows not to let Janai cook.

She would not approve of Soren’s bread sandwich.
