12 Closed Cup Mushrooms50g Corn FlakesFlour2 EggsOil for frying1 clove Garlic (Crushed)2 tbsp Mayonnaise Blitz (in a food processor) the cornflakes to breadcrumb texture, beat the egg, dust the mushrooms in flour, dip in the egg and coat in the blitzed cornflakes. Deep fry for 3 minutes. Mix the mayo and the garlic while the mushrooms fry.
