This is a fantastic SOBA restaurant whose opening hours are rarely encountered. The owner is very old and there seems to be no successor. But the restaurant is still defending the tradition of "Masudaya Ichimonkai" with its strong "Tokyo" style seasoning. Closed on Sundays and holidays, the restaurant is only open on weekdays during lunch time (closing around 1:00 p.m.). The thick, firm KATSU KOROMO is soaked in a rich, thick TSUYU (sweet salty sauce) and is very tasty. Perfect thickness of meat, with just the right amount of fat mixed in.
