11. What causes them to fight?They occasionally bicker about small things, but the biggest source of fights between them is behaving recklessly in battle. It’s usually Cora getting angry more than Scott - he can be reckless at times, throwing himself into firefights against stronger opponents and getting in over his head, or taking on too many enemies at once. In a way it’s a result of Scott just trying to protect his teammates while forgetting that they’re all just as capable in combat as he is, some of them even more so, and while Cora knows that as well she can’t help but feel overprotective towards him at times and as a result gets angry when he throws himself into too much danger at once.Likewise, if Cora ever acts recklessly in a fight it’s because she pushes her biotics too hard or, like Scott, gets overwhelmed by trying to turn the focus of stronger enemies on her instead. Scott’s anger also comes from his concern, but whenever it does turn into a full-scale argument they’ll both walk away until they calm down, then meet up again to talk things through. It doesn’t mean they’ll never have such an argument again, with combat being a daily part of their lives, but understanding their partner’s anger helps.

Pelinal Whitestrake was an elf-hating cyborg from the future who ended up in Alessia’s time and became her general in the Alessian Rebellion against the Ayleids. He loved to murder elves as hard as he could, at the battle of Sancre Tor he shouted out Reman Cyrodiil’s name 2500 years before he existed, he was maybe gay or Alessia’s lover depending on who you ask and Morihaus sometimes talked to his severed head. Believed to be a Shezarrine but also associated w/ Akatosh.

If you require a “why”, just remember that this dude was born of the same mind that brought us Commentaries on the Mysterium Xarxes and also the 36 Sermons of Vivec so that’s why everything about him is entirely incomprehensible.
