I'm a dessert lover, but when it comes to brekky/brunch I'm usually more of a savoury kinda person, especially when I'm hungry! 😅 But decided to go sweet today with this blueberry & ricotta hotcake with berries, pistachios, roasted almonds and maple mascarpone~ and it did not disappoint! Crispy shallot waffle topped with sliced zucchini, pickled ginger, radish, black sesame & smoked salmon with a beetroot & lemon aioli~ and we also had the sweet potato rosti with avocado, quinoa bean salsa~ Both dishes were presented beautifully with vibrant colours, and all the ingredients used were very fresh & healthy~ unfortunately both dishes lacked seasoning & tasted kinda bland.
