The Brunch Crunch Burger combines the best of breakfast and lunch in one delicious sandwich. With juicy beef patties, gooey melted cheese, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and a perfectly fried egg, this burger is sure to satisfy all your brunch cravings.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 slices cooked bacon. 4 large eggs. 4 hamburger buns, toasted. 2 tablespoons butter. 1 avocado, sliced. Optional: lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, hot sauce.
Instructions: Divide ground beef into 4 equal portions and form into patties. Season patties with salt and pepper. Cook patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and allow it to melt. In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack eggs into skillet and cook until whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Assemble burgers by placing cooked patties on bottom halves of toasted buns. Top each patty with a slice of bacon, a fried egg, and avocado slices. Add any optional toppings as desired, such as lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, or hot sauce. Cover with top halves of toasted buns. Serve immediately and enjoy!
