Highlights from #BreakingSilencesTO In 2016, we partnered with DBGM and other Caribbean-oriented organizations to host #BreakingSilences, the first #Caribbean #LGBTQ people of color symposium in #NYC. In 2018, we worked with @rhaiighaii, a Ph.D. student at the University of Toronto to organize #BreakingSilencesTO #Canada to continue having necessary conversations around Caribbean LGBTQ activism, queer, trans & GNC identities, immigration, policies, coming out, family acceptance, HIV, and healthcare in the two diasporas and the Caribbean region.
