After about 58 hours of fasting I finally break my fast , you got take easy on your digest system when you reintroduce food. First day I went to the beach to meditate 🧘♂️, did about 6 hours , under the full moon 🌕 , it was so fking cold 🥶 wtfffff . The second day I still working out , and the last 8 hours was the hardest. I kept my workout regiment all through my fasting period , it was tough but I did it , oh including cold shower in the morning. That yellow fruit is called Buddha fiber , it taste exactly like lemon 🍋 .
