Good morning! Yummmyy. This is how I like to start my day: Salty wet scrambled eggs 🤤 (with butter & sea salt). . Firstly/PSA: IM NOT AGAINST CARBS. I LOVE CARBS. But I'm finding that eating them at dinner/later in the day is what fits me best and sets me up for great sleep at night thanks for the suggestion @hubermanlab . Benefits of starting your day like this: -Eating an egg is like taking a multivitamin (pasture-raised is best) -Starting your morning off with fat and protein NOT CARBS is a great way to get your body going with energy that will last hours/stay satiated. -the Sea salt (NOT iodized) stores electrolytes in minerals that you possibly peed out in your first morning pee/throughout the night. -Low insulin spike in the morning preventing any sort of dazed/fuzzy/sleepiness post prandial (after you eat) caused from eating a high carb meal ( to hire the carb meal the higher the insulin spike, more energy your body is using to clean up the glucose in your blood). -No sugarcrash mid morning from pastry -if you use grass-fed butter you will get conjugated linoleic acid which helps you burn fat. . #lowcarb #pastureizedeggs #breakfast #breakingmyfast #conjugatedlinoleicacid #burnfat #fatforfuel #fatfueledmorning #ketoandconscious #lowcarb #eatingwholefoods #butter #ilovebutter #salt #saltbae #scrambledeggs (at Waxhaw, North Carolina) https://www.instagram.com/p/CYBuc3WupD6/?utm_medium=tumblr
