Break Times Made Better as Pancake House Launches New All Day Snacks Menu
Break times are now made even better as Pancake House recently launched their new All Day Snacks Menu. Pancake House has always been a Filipino favorite, serving its lineup of fluffy pancakes and comfort food throughout the generations. Everyone has their own happy childhood memories of Pancake House, and I still get excited whenever we plan on visiting one of their many branches around the city. Now there are more reasons to take a break any time of the day and enjoy their new all day snacks.
The Hungry Kat was invited last week to the media launch of the new All Day Snacks Menu. Comfort has always been at the heart of Pancake House. It's found in familiar flavors, satisfying meals, and get togethers that bring people together around the table. This season, Pancake House brings that same comfort to the table with a limited-time lineup of hearty soups and sandwiches for you to discover.
The media event was held last July 16, 2026 at the White Plains branch of Pancake House. I had never been to this relatively new outlet so it was also good to explore this venue which is close to our residence. Since opening its first restaurant in Magallanes, Makati in 1974, Pancake House has grown to more than 100 locations nationwide as part of Max's Group, Inc., the Philippines' largest casual dining company.
The White Plains branch comes with a contemporary and modern design. It utilizes open spaces and the sunlight from its floor-to-ceiling glass windows to create a natural and homey ambiance.
It also has an al fresco dining area which feels even more relaxing. Pancake House serves home-style comfort food made for every Filipino meal time—from sunup to sundown, breakfast to dinner, and everything in between. Known for its classic pancakes, golden waffles, the Best Taco in Town, Pan Chicken, and Spaghetti with Garlic Bread, Pancake House has been bringing families together over good food and warm hospitality for over five decades. Guided by its promise as an all-day, everyday dining destination, it continues to be a place where simple moments become lasting memories.
They also have an enclosed dining area which can serve as a private VIP room for functions and media events like today. Guests were invited to a cozy afternoon filled with great food and snacks from Pancake House.
Sales and marketing executives from Pancake House gave a short presentation about the new All Day Snacks items that we would be enjoying. We all had our own favorite dishes at Pancake House but these new items will surely be the next new favorites.
A buffet spread was set up at the function room to give the media guests a sample of the new All Day Snacks Menu. Pancake House actually offers catering services as well so they can set these up at your own parties and events if you want to bring the magic of Pancake House into your homes.
The first item I got was their classic Spaghetti with Garlic Bread (P299), a childhood favorite that every Filipino remembers and enjoys. This is just like your mom's homemade spaghetti topped with meat sauce and garlic bread. It comes with that sweet Filipino spaghetti sauce that we all love.
Now let's try the new collection of soup dishes which offer a variety of flavors, each one delightfully paired with Pancake House favorites for a complete meal. The all-new Taco Soup (P199) brings a bold, mildly spicy flavor, loaded with signature taco meat, corn, bell peppers, tomatoes, and beans, then finished with crunchy taco chips, melted cheese, and parsley.
This savory taco soup is so good! It's like eating their signature Best Taco in Town but in a soup format. It's rich, meaty, and very filling, especially when you have it with some garlic bread on the side. This soup will be great to pair with the Original Chicken Burger or Chicken Sandwich.
The newly improved Mushroom Soup (P129) is richer and creamier than ever — made with tender mushroom bits and spices, garnished with parsley and served with garlic bread — a natural match for the Spanish Omelette.
On the other hand, the returning Pumpkin Soup (P159) is smooth and velvety, topped with croutons, parsley, and a swirl of cream, and pairs beautifully with the Best Taco in Town.
For something heartier, the Almondigas Soup (P189) is a classic Filipino favorite: rice noodles with minced pork and shrimp balls in a flavorful clear broth, topped with spring onions and served with garlic bread on the side — best enjoyed with the Clubhouse Sandwich.
Pancake House also launched some limited time items that will only be be available from July 1 until September 30, 2026. The Tuna Melt Sandwich (P279) is warm and satisfying sandwich made with creamy tuna filling and melted cheese, then served with mixed greens. This is comfort food at its finest and you can have this any time of the day at Pancake House.
Some combinations never go out of style. The Creamy Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwich Set (P309) brings together two timeless comfort favorites — a rich, slow-simmered homestyle tomato soup layered with aromatic herbs and vegetables served alongside a golden, buttery grilled cheese with a melted, gooey center. Simple yet undeniably satisfying, it's a combination made for dipping, sharing, and savoring. The Creamy Tomato Soup (P189) is also available on its own served with garlic bread.
The guests all enjoyed trying out the new All Day Snacks Menu, but that wasn't all because we also got to have these delicious cookies from The Kind Cookie. I loved the OG Chocolate Chip (P129) while Dexter preferred the Deep Dark Chocolate Chip (P139). These are both available at select Pancake House branches.
We also got to bring home great giveaways for attending the media launch like these Brownie Bites made with real chocolates which you can get for P249 for 12 pieces.
We were also thrilled to find out that Pancake House brought back their All-You-Can Weekends where you can order as many plates of Spaghetti or Carbonara combined with their Buttermilk Pan Chicken Fillet or Best Taco in Town for only P449 per person. We will surely be at Pancake House again this weekend.
