LaToya is also is a trained breastfriend that can support mothers who plan on breastfeeding. She has 20 months experience with breastfeeding and counting. This is important for her especially as a black woman in America due to the history of breastfeeding with black women along with the systemic racism, lack of support, and resources in our communities in regard to breastfeeding.
