My pineapple vendor gave us so many pineapple cores last time we visited the market... she charged me 3 USD for all that. Finally got hold of some kale so I had to make kale chips! So crunchy and yummy, it is hard to stop when you start eating them 😂 I used cashew nuts, coriander, red bell pepper, fermented onion, garlic, dehydrated seedless tomatoes, pink salt, tamari, nutritional yeast and chili. MCT oil to help them stick together. Dehydrated at low temp for a day or something like that. I love my tikka masala! I made mine with wild caught salmon with lots of veggies, for others, chicken! So delicious, I really don't need rice or naan anymore. Finally got it, how to make crunchy raw cauliflower popcorn!!! Don't use so much marinade like I did! It is still very tasty but I prefer the light, crunchy texture of my "cheesy" variation I just made, using nutritious yeast, water, ghee made from home made cultured butter, pink salt and some chili powder.
