i really hate my town because it is like the definition of suburbia, and whenever anyone gets a dog, it's always a purebred puppy from a breeder. one time this girl was talking about how her family was looking into breeders for when she gets a dog and i said something like "you should really adopt from a shelter because there are millions of wonderful animals that would make grat companions that get put to sleep every year just because everyone wants to spend thousands of dollars on a purebred puppy" and they all looked at me like i was certifiably insane.
sometimes i just really don't understand humanity...
