Brégevic, modelling:
a well-designed dulcimer made of engraved tin and magma. it bestows the power to create explosions upon you, but it often has unintended effects. it is celebrated by the common folk. it was made by skilled craftsfolk.

Brégiosaurus.
Brégevic and Brachiosaurus.
I drew some characters whose existence commented on gender (mine). (Poses more related to their lives than this subject matter)
Elmyar: ‘Most people hate me on sight, so I inflict myself on them. Tactically.’ Brégevic: ‘I have never had to worry about gender in my life.’ Disylgi: ‘My people have 18 gender options. I refused all of them.’ Esaci: ‘Any sense of gender I might have had, I forgot. Now I just avoid it all.’ Iyanda: ‘My school and my family are being incredibly supportive of me.’ Riss: ‘No dysphoria, but misgendering me is risking your life, good luck.’ Kehurie: an intersex character whose life was being consumed by the apocalypse. Omicron: first character to have medically transitioned in any sense. Quae: ‘My family didn’t reject me because of gender, but I still don’t fit anywhere.’ Torvrak: ‘Supply lines for my HRT and medicine are what’s keeping me alive.’ Peregrine: destroyed by the sexed expectations inherent in participating in their home community. Factor: cherished by their home community, still hiding their relationship. Faodros: ‘I visited a wizard and said ‘trans my gender’ soooooooo…’
I’ve been thinking about Magnus Archives AUs for tabletop characters, so here’s Brégevic as a Beholding avatar - canonically, ze was a reckless dirtbag elementalist whose mother was the last Chronicler, ze (semi-unwillingly) took up the mantle to please her. This made zir extremely illegal (again) and rendered zir unable to forget anything, ever.
Including zir two brutal, painful deaths (within as many weeks.)
Other things ze got out of the package were comprehend languages and the ability to take photos, which ze promptly used to invent the selfie.
Canon Brégevic was an asimar elementalist, so naturally in the modern day they do fire eating.
Yes I'm still riding this train, This Is The Inspiration I Have.
There’s a stage in every long running game that I call the final march - that point at which everything feels elevated and the finale is tingling in your anticipatory nerves. And I love it.
My characters... less so. Because the final march is rough.
