I drew some characters whose existence commented on gender (mine). (Poses more related to their lives than this subject matter)
Elmyar: ‘Most people hate me on sight, so I inflict myself on them. Tactically.’ Brégevic: ‘I have never had to worry about gender in my life.’ Disylgi: ‘My people have 18 gender options. I refused all of them.’ Esaci: ‘Any sense of gender I might have had, I forgot. Now I just avoid it all.’ Iyanda: ‘My school and my family are being incredibly supportive of me.’ Riss: ‘No dysphoria, but misgendering me is risking your life, good luck.’ Kehurie: an intersex character whose life was being consumed by the apocalypse. Omicron: first character to have medically transitioned in any sense. Quae: ‘My family didn’t reject me because of gender, but I still don’t fit anywhere.’ Torvrak: ‘Supply lines for my HRT and medicine are what’s keeping me alive.’ Peregrine: destroyed by the sexed expectations inherent in participating in their home community. Factor: cherished by their home community, still hiding their relationship. Faodros: ‘I visited a wizard and said ‘trans my gender’ soooooooo…’
The rodent party got the classic ‘separate questioning’ trope last week as they tried to get themselves past the border guard out of the freelands.
Factor did pretty well, up until:
Garrison commander: Well, thank you for your assistance. Just stay here, and then hopefully we’ll have you on your way home in no time.
Factor, coolly: You’ll try.
Commander: I’m going to pretend I didn’t hear that.

Meet Factor Quibbleflip, a gentle giant! By vole standards. Sometimes they even get mistaken for a mouse, they’re that big.
I think Factor is setting my record for Cutest And Smallest Character, forever.
Factor Quibbleflip conceived and executed an extremely risky plan last session... but reminded themself and everyone else that they are a reasonably seasoned hero.
(And Dig sacrificed his hat when things went a bit wrong... <3)

So Factor’s game is continuing! Top: we killed some troll adolescents, which are frogs, and then it was pointed out that OH GOD WE’RE THE TROLL SLASHERS KILLING TEENAGERS. So. This happened.
Bottom: we told a guy that his town was founded by the followers of someone with a centipede badge and he looked out the window at the centipede dragon being waved around town and went ‘...I should’ve figured that one out.’
