The Olympic medal winning long-distance runner, commentator and Great North Run founder, yesterday received his Knighthood from The Princess Royal – who was on Team GB with Sir Brendan in 1976 at the Montreal Olympics.

I'm torn. I'm a brallie shipper. But I also understand where people who have extreme dislike for this ship. Because on paper they are siblings. And having a romantic relationship with siblings or anyone in the family is frowned upon and is illegal. However they are not blood related... the definition of the word incest is: "sexual intercourse between persons so closely related that they are forbidden by law to marry." Usually when one thinks of the word incest it's usually with blood related family members like Cersei and Jamie from Game of Thrones. But Brendan and Callie met when they were teenagers and at the time before she was even adopted into the family. So what happens if two kids are dating and one parent marries the other kids parent making them step siblings. Does that mean they need to break it off because they are now considered to be siblings? (But seriously what happens in that kind of situation) ... I'm going on a tangent and I'm at work... so I need to end this here.
