Brian Boucher, no. 33 (left, b. 1977) was a goaltender for the Philadelphia Flyers from 1999-2002 and again from 2009-2011. In his first year with the Flyers, he led the NHL with a 1.91 GAA, and in 2011 became the only goaltender to win two playoff games in relief.
Samuel Ersson, no. 33 (right, b. 1999) is the current starting goaltender for the Philadelphia Flyers, after playing only 34 NHL games in his professional career. During his tenure as backup goaltender during the 2023-2024 season, he sustained a streak of no more than 3 goals against per game for 19 games.

The work is on view in New York at a temporarily disused space at 39 Spring Street in SoHo.
