Your drawing of your OC was FABULOSA in that red ensemble!!! Could you please tell us more about Brian McDuck?

Awww thank you so much! Brian is still a massive work in progress when it comes to his personality etc but I’ve been working on his lore and how he fits into the McDuck family tree, so I could share some of it ^^

I decided to incorporate the Don Rosa family tree into the DT17 so Brian being in the family would make sense

Basically Jake McDuck (Scrooge’s uncle) had a daughter with Eider (who isn’t in the family tree but a canon character in the Duckverse)

This is from the fandom wiki so I decided to go with it

Their daughter will be another oc done by me because why not? Anyway, her name is Delores McDuck and she eventually gave birth in the early 90’s to our silly beloved Brian McDuck (who is trans btw tihi)

Because Delores is an only mother and really close to her cousin Hortense Duck, she received support from them. That means that Brian grew up rlly close to Donald and Della who are like less than a decade older than him.

Brian was eventually abandoned by his mother. Delores dropped him off by Hortense and Quackmore only to never return and never be found. It is assumed that she just couldn’t handle the burden of raising an entire being and decided to flee the country possibly returning to Scotland with a new name.
