Honestly, in this first scene with these two, you don’t quite know what to think. Are these two dating? Are they just a fling? If they are, wasn’t he a little too happy to see her and she a little too upset he never called? Don’t know about you but they come across as “crash and burn” material real quick. However, like I said, perhaps they’re both just playing a part, afraid to be too sincere, too vulnerable, just in case the other doesn’t quite feel the same. 

Oh and that cheeky smile? Lek is so perfect for Lom. Perfect.

#BridetoBeCh3 episode 1

Enter our second couple, Mookrin and Lom who are clearly dysfunctional from the start. They seem to both be playing a part, she as the flirty glamorous starlet and he, the wayward playboy. We meet them long after their entanglement has begun but apparently Mookrin still isn’t sure of his true feelings. Now if you ask me, that look says it all. This man is certainly smitten with her, however, that doesn’t mean his feelings are enough to keep him enthralled for the long haul.

I have been floored by how emotionally moving this drama is in areas that are generally unintentional, which conjures reactions that continue to surprise me. Body swap stories are hard to pull off, without slapstick comedy or overwrought theatrics and if you are an avid drama viewer, I know you’ve seen more than your share. But this narrative even with the basic, expected misunderstandings, and not seeking to reinvent anything, found a way to convey the trauma and tragedy of this situation, while also highlighting how beautifully love can connect two people. Gonna miss this one. Just when you’re wondering why this dude keeps showing up in your dreams, you have a friend that states the obscurely obvious. Lol.

I foresee me making plenty of gifs for this drama considering I love Great and Matt together and I’m enjoying the show just as much as I knew I would. But I doubt I’ll be on any type of schedule. Hopefully, I can at least work to get premiere week and this week’s done before Friday’s episode 7. *fingers crossed*
