@brigetto I’m sorry I meant to respond to this sooner!!! I have been all over the place the last couple of days So I don’t have a PCP right now because my old one isn’t covered by my insurance anymore and I was trying to avoid finding a new doctor until I had to. My insurance does have a site where you can find practitioners they cover though And I guess the problem is I’m not sure what I need? I’m not on medication rn but I also don’t know if I should be. So would social workers and psychologists be able to refer me to a psychiatrist if I found I needed it? Thank you for responding by the way!!
