     fingers lingered just before the small, dysfunctional rocket. he tried to build     it himself as a PROTOTYPE (as if it would actually work) before he tried to build     a full-scale rocket that could withstand space. sparks chipped out from the     base due to the small fuel tank and metal plates were already hanging off the     side. even the nose had already been bent.                                                                               -- and all due to a failed test run.
