The Beginning

I guess I should start my introduction by telling you who I am. My name is Morghanne. I’m 20 years old and am married to my best friend, Alec. Alec is a certified sound engineer through Dark Horse Institute and we run a home studio called Bright Owl Sounds in a city just outside of Detroit. We pretty much eat, breathe, and sleep music of all varieties. Alec and I alongside our front man Johnny make up the local band Good Racket and we’re getting ready to release our first EP by the end of the year.
On top of managing the studio and performing, I work a full time job at a logistics company and parent our four fur babies; Leia- Our most recent member to the Garnica family, a rescue brindle pit mix, Obi- Our wild child 9 month old German Shepherd pup, Finn- Our orange longhaired cat who cries all the time for no reason, and, last but not least, Po- Our tuxedo cat who has more personality than most humans I come in contact with. I am also going back to school currently for Business Administration with a focus in Small Business Management and singing every other week at our church.
As you can see my life is pretty hectic….and just like my life, this blog will be as well.
This blog will be a collection of personal blog entries, music recommendations, music reviews, covers, and other things of that nature. I will also probably post other things as well, product reviews, recipes/food that I really like, q and a (if this thing ever takes off), vlog entries every once in a while, and other things like that. It will be my way of sharing my thoughts, feelings, and music in hopes that somebody can connect with those thoughts, feelings, or music.
