Yesterday somebody tried to test my skills as a barista

Some prick came in thinking he was all that because he has a shitty little espresso machine at home, he thinks he can do amazing latte art with it*

So he orders a "white coffee" which I assume to be an americano with milk. Turns out he wants a flat white. His son asks what a flat white is and he says it's "just a white coffee" Now looking at me he says "I want to see your art skills."

I make his son a cappuccino which looks perfect and then I make him the most beautiful looking flat white you've ever seen. Perfect amount of foam, perfect rosetta

"Okay, I'll let you off" "Thanks. I win."
