Some people were asking me for more info on the Bring Me 2 Life Challenge! Here is the scoop! This challenge is really important to me. This past year really tested my everything. I'm still mentally healing from some unexpected things that have brought me to a whole new level of "self love" practice, and sticking to me awakening process. Going back and forth to doctors and facing some of my own biggest fears, I realized that before I really started feeling "different" that I had kind of fallen into some habits that didn't serve my highest good. Or maybe I should say I fell out of habits that were serving me and I stopped pushing myself. I wasn't meditating enough, I was coming up with excuses and I forgot to do my self work. I stopped reaching for my goals because I was overwelming myself worrying about others thoughts or giving my self excuses like I didn't know where to begin. I was lacking organization, and I was loosing track of what I did really want to work on. Then the shift came, and I made the decision that I would not only make myself accountable , I would invite all of my clients, family, and friends to join me! With this project I hope to inspire others to also get organized, journal, and wake up and shine on to materialize their wildest dreams into a beautiful reality. I wanted to create a community where I could share my progress and hear others stories. Then it clicked even harder, that's really what we want @pbm2l to be all about! The journey, of bringing yourself to life! It's up to you to decide how deep you wish to take this program in your daily life. Be honest and don't overwelm yourself.
