The former High Court building (1912 - 1931). One of the earliest modern building in Alor Setar. By 1931, the building was repurposed to accommodate the State Treasury and British Advisory Office, and later the PWD. The Kedah State Art Gallery. The construction of the building started in 1893 and completed in 1912 as the high court building.
