Let’s Talk: Brogems
Evidently that's the name for bronys + crystalites? The mlp and SU fandom mixed name. So, from what I have read the Steven Universe fandom really doesn’t like brony’s. And it made me rather mad to see one article saying that they were outright going to war to keep bronies out of the Steven Universe fandom. Here is the problem with ALL that bullshit (yes Lavi is in serious wtf mode) Both fandoms are supposed to represent positivity and acceptance, both are supposed to spread love and kindness. But all I see from both fandoms is a love of nasty hateful BULL.SHIT.
Steven Universe Fans:
YOU are supposed to represent love and acceptance for woman and empower others no matter what gender. Most of you do not, you declare this bullshit war because you assume all MLP fans just suck and you are A. WRONG, B, acting the opposite of what you represent, C are acting like a bunch of spoiled brats with a toy you don’t want to share. Knock it the fuck off.
Bronies:
YOU are supposed to represent the 6 elements of harmony, Kindness, Honesty, Loyalty, Generosity, Laughter and friendship. But you don’t act any sort of friendly when someone even MILDLY dissagrees or is different from you. You try to act better then everyone else because you think everyone is out to get you or you’re just so insecure you feel the need to bully others and hate on people who don’t share the same opinion.
BOTH of you have some issues to work out, you both act like little kids even though you try to tell the world “MLP is for adults too” “So is SU” but NONE of you act like any sort of adult, you cat like nasty bullies. And don’t even get me started on Skinny rose cosplay bashing because that is a whole other can of bullshit hypocrisy. What the HELL is everyone thinking? I’ll tell you: The exact fucking opposite of what they preach. You say “Oh yes love everyone” then you fucking hate on that ONE oc you think shouldn’t exist because YOU don’t agree with it. I cannot tell you how fucking dissapointed I am in both fandoms. Guess what mother fuckers? I’m both a brony AND a crystalie and you cannot fucking stop me from loveing two shows that promote positive and loving messages and you shouldn’t be trying to stop us anyway. All of you who hate on the BroGems should be ashamed to call yourselves fans.
On that note....I understand that not ALL of you are like this. This by no means reflects 100% of either fandom. But there are so many who act this way that it makes me sick. Why would fandoms that are supposed to promote love and acceptance at like hateful little shits? I just fucking bugs me to no end.
