Sometimes you have to appreciate the little things in life, like the fact that the term gemtleman didn’t catch on. I’m so thankful I can be a man who enjoys Steven Universe without being referred to by a name that is pretty much saying “Yes, I like Steven Universe, but I’m still totally a guy!” I love that I don’t have to be referred to by a name that screams fragile masculinity and fedora tipping. Thank you SU fanbase for driving off the bronies. Yes, anyone can like Steven Universe and it’s an inclusive show, but fuck off with those embarrassing labels.
