i always pictured her with black patches ngl. i think it fits her name rly well.

this lady makes me so sad dude. she's Fallen Leaves' mom, and she never got over his death. poor thing had no idea his ghost was just chilling out in the tunnels.

i totally forgot about it, but apparently she comforts Fallen Leaves after Hollyleaf's death. i think that's rly sweet. i'm glad that was added. i'm just glad she's finally reunited with her son

Fates

I had this headcanon/AU/smth

So I was thinking, (I’ve been listening to Hadestown lol) what if there were ancient Fates that echoed in your ears in Warriors? Right, wrong? Moral values?

If a cat’s in a dire situation, it’s unlikely, but legends have it that one of three cats will come to talk.

Rock. His voice is raspy, like bitter wind forcing itself through dead trees. Handles the future. He asks you what your ancestors would think. Would they be dissatisfied if you made this decision? Will they be happy?

Broken Shadow. Her voice is filled with love, but sadness, like a broken heart that is trying to repair itself. Handles the present. She will ask you if you feel it in your belly. What does your heart tell you? Are you happy?

Half Moon. Her voice is strong and stern, but delicate and gratifying, like a gentle snow that falls down on the harsh earth. She will ask what will come of this decision. What do you think will happen? Will you be happy?

Idk!! I thought it was a cool idea, with all of them being ancients and all.

To put this in example, Dovewing running away with her soon-to-be born kittens (and maybe Tigerheart?). In a surprising turn of events, all three spirits come to her. Usually, this doesn’t happen, but since she was one of the Three, they think it’s important to have her consider *everything.*

Rock asks her if StarClan will be content with this decision. Would they be satisfied?

Broken Shadow asks her if she feels it deep in her chest. Are you content?

Half Moon asks her if she will be fulfilled with this decision. Will you come to regret it?

She goes with her decision, not letting the ancient specters getting in the way of her decision. Never looking back, always feeling it in her heart, and never feeling penitence. She is happy with this.

Yeah so! Like I said, in this all three “fates” don’t come but I just wanted to showcase how they talk to the cats!!
