(Not timeline correct in anyway!) Imagine you are staying with Avengers, somehow either an intern or something but your role becomes crucial enough that Tony asks you to stay and assist on Missions. Loki is there, attempting to rule over New Asgard with his brother, who still answers the call of the Avengers.

One day, you walk in alone, clothes tattered, blood smeared across your face and shirt, and holding a gun. As you step up to one of the Avengers, they see the crazed look in your eye, and realize, you have been attacked and seem to not be trusting of any of them. The only one you seem to trust, at least for a moment, is Loki.

Imagine that you are President Lokis assistant, not another loki Variant but maybe a Variant of yourself from a timeline that got pruned and ended up in the Void. When President Loki comes back from the fight with the other lokis, he's frustrated, injured and in need of more assistance than ever.

Imagine the Avengers forget all about it being your birthday, but Loki remembers.

Imagine that Loki lets his guard down and finally shows you his Frost Giant form.

After you comfort him and tell him that you don't view him as anything different than how you have.

When he tries to transform back into his normal Loki self, he freezes and realizes the Frost Giant form isn't disappearing.

Imagine you fell in love with Loki on Asgard. Once hearing of this Odin decides to cast you out, simply because no one is supposed to love Loki.

When Thor is cast out, he somehow finds you in that small town, but he is trying to get back, whilst you have decided you should stay cast out.

When Loki sent the destroyer, he has to come with terms that the command of "Destroy Everything" could mean you too.

Imagine Loki dies on a mission with the Avengers, and you refuse to believe he died because you stayed home, sick all day.

You were going to tell him when he got back that he was going to be a dad.

Imagine Loki had fancied you for years now. He has tried to keep it a secret, let you become the warrior you were always meant to be. You were hard and fast friends, and relied heavily on each other during missions, as his intelligence and planning made the missions rather simple and easy.

Once Thor had been banished to Midgard, you saw a different side of Loki, one you didn't seem to like. He seemed more eager than ever for the throne and disregarded the loss of his brother, which was unlike him.

Events ensue on and you hear of the destroyer being sent to Midgard. Now you didn't want to believe Loki could do something like that. And right before he brings in the Frost Giants to Asgard, you decided you finally needed to talk to him
