I have to drop some of these, but i also want to keep some. Italics are what I really want to keep.

 Firm Kiss

The spell hadn’t been meant to ricochet like that. Frankly, she was somewhat concerned over how the thing had managed to bounce off the glass of the shop window the way it had. 

One way or another, it was bright pink and had just hit a passerby directly in the head. 

This is going to be terribly awkward, the brunette thought. 

But the Kissing Jinx had only one way of removal, and she was hardly going to let a stranger wander off with a sudden and maddening itch in her skull that would steadily increase until the point of incapacitation.

Shooting a glare at her friend, she captured the woman’s attention, and haltingly apologized before putting both hands on her shoulders and pulling her close. 

It was — well. Situation aside. Warm. And soft. And the firm press of lips together created a curious heat inside. Made her want to sigh. Because she’d never kissed anyone before and it was nice. 

But not about her. 

Winter drew back, apologetic.

It takes her a second to realize someone's standing in her lab, but when she does she looks up and turns a bit red from embarrassment. "Sorry, I'm sorry... was there something you needed? You're not lost, are you? People don't usually come up here."
