Following the Brook tag is great because:
1: The intended OP hot skeleton! Love to see him!
2: The gentle river photography that gets tossed in every once and awhile. Love to see that too!

Brook literally died at 30/40, was stuck in a void and when he came out, was treated like he was with the mindset of a 90 year old.
Roger was a rookie when he passed, and when he was taken out of said void, Roger hadn’t just become a legend, he had lived, had a son, had a legacy, spawned a new age and DIED.
And that’s even before Luffy was BORN.
What a CHANGE that would be to handle, no wonder Brook is fucked up,
If you need help picturing what i mean, picture being from 1930 and suddenly being thrust into 1980+. You’d go crazy!
rant about Brook’s time skip powers from fish man island arc 🤩😱🦴
(uh before we start fishman island ⚠️spoilers⚠️ ahead)
Okay so we know now Bonney can reverse age shit, which is wild;
… can she do this to Brook?
This is an idea I wish they did in film Z, honestly, because the gags would be fun of him trying to run on water and sinking, or non-skull jokes and being sad about it.
He’s known his bones longer than he’s known his own flesh,
How jarring that must be to suddenly look in the mirror and see YOU, for the first time in 50 years, with wrinkles and a smile once more, to see your eyes blinking again… funky stuff..
Y’all ever think about the fact Brook literally knew those 200 plus men for longer than he’s known the Strawhats by 10+ years?
Like, he rode with those men for a decade or more, he grew up, lived with, trained, cried, and loved those men.
We see how much by the dedication to the skulls, all of which he dislodged as to fill the caskets without over flowing.
The Sunny could not canonly carry that many skulls because “it would sink from the weight.” [ Franky stated so mindlessly. ]
How many souls does soul king carry, and what makes him ruler of them vs the other way around?
[ check reblogs for my additions please, there’s more ]
Okay so I’m not done about Brook
Brook didn’t even KNOW about the one piece and he just said “okay, yeah fuck it, I use to be a pirate for the hell of it but, sure I’ll follow you and your dreams even if I have no fucking concept of Gol. D Roger or some pirate age”
What the hell was the world even like BEFORE Roger finding the One Piece? How have pirates changed if any, what goals did they have originally. Was Brook a pirate just for music, for money?? He had a job before, why did he quit??
Did Yorki just pull a Luffy and say “I like you, you like music. Join my crew?”
Is it a parallel we will see later on??
HELP?? WHY WOULD A CONVOY LEADER QUIT HIS JOB TO BE A PIRATE????
He has SO MUCH TRUST IN LUFFY
