the fandom is more sure about the „caleb married a clawthorne“ theory and pretty much accepted it as undeniable canon compared to the „belos is philip“ theory back then.

even now i see some people question what kind of relation philip and his „old friend“ have because they forgot about yesterday‘s lie mentioning a story of two brothers, but barely anyone questions caleb being a clawthorne.
