Sir Nighteye and All Mighg being uncle figures to each other’s kids like All Might is uncle to Sir Nighteye’s kids etc?

This is so wholesome my heart. 

Being fellow uncles (BNHA)

The moment they found out one of them was having a kid the other one went ballistic. They are so supportive and happy it’s honestly adorable. 

All Might had barely uttered the words “my child” before his diligent sidekick started researching the highest quality child supplies on his computer. Truly, what a force Sir Nighteye can be when hyperfocused. 

Sir Nighteye actually held off on telling All Might on accident - the office was really busy and there was really no good time to mention it. He regrets it when a disheveled All Might nearly knocks down his door and booms “YOUR PARTNER IS PREGNANT?!” The intern spilled so much coffee. Clean up took forever. 

They are each other’s friendly support that they need. Their partners are great but having a friend to confide in outside the relationship is very healthy and very needed, especially with such a big change going on. Solid advice is exchanged over friendly outings and occasional drinks. 

You cannot convince me that they didn’t cry when they saw each other’s kids. All Might is an emotional tornado and Sir Nighteye can barely keep his feelings in check. 

As actual uncles they both make for great figures for the kids to look up to. 

All Might is the most loving, cheery, boastful uncle a kid could want. He has pictures of them in his wallet - they’re not even his kids and he’s still going to talk someone’s ear off about them if he has the chance. 

Sir Nighteye struggled at the start - babies and his unique sense of humor don’t always mesh - but for whatever reason babies fall asleep in his arms. His presence is a comfort to them and they feel relaxed around him.

Togami: Is she any good at filing?

Hiro: No but she is very good at silently climbing people.

Togami pulling back his temples: We're gonna get fired if we can't convince them she's a needed asset. That's gonna be harder if she can't file.

I can TOTALLY see Togami working on convincing the higher ups why Hagakure needs the cat and he ends up going with therapy cat even tho all Barrel does is sit in Hagakure's shirt or his shoulders
