After Yuu and Mika get together, Yuu encourages Mitsuba to confess to Shinoa.

Now that Yuu is faster, he decided to use this as a chance to get Mitsuba back for tickling and embarrassing him at their first encounter [Owarinai Seraph 7, small 5-minute bonus hilarious episodes]

Unlucky for him, since Shinoa teases Mitsuba a lot, Mitsuba’s automatic reaction is to hit someone once she feels someone’s hands at her waist. 

Once she felt Yuu’s hands at her waist getting ready to tickle her, she reacted by hitting him on his head.

Brotprompt 5 (at least I think so)

Yuu once puts his arms around both Mitsuba and Mika and calls them his favorite blondes.

All I can think of what happens next is

A: Mika has a look of disbelief and gives a small smile after seeing how happy it made Yuu

B: Mitsuba immediately punches Yuu

C: Both Mitsuba and Mika call Yuu an idiot and smile seeing him [Yuu] smile

They all seem like good options.

Except 2, I think Mika wouldn't like that very much ;;;

Whereas Yuu sees Shinoa as a little sister that he needs to keep an eye on because who knows what trouble she'll get into without adult supervision,

Yuu sees Mitsuba as the older sister because of how she is able to get out of a tough spot on her own except for the few times she needs help.

Maybe also headcanon?

Mitsuba's favorite thing about Yuu is his smile.

Even if it means giving up her feelings just so he could smile like that, Mitsuba is willing to do it.

Headcanon 16 (Brotprompt 6)

Yuu is comfortable with leaving Mitsuba alone because he knows that that she is truly capable of taking care of herself and it is that strength of hers that he admires about her.
