It was another battle in the Black Kingdom. Another battle that he hated due to the raining that was pouring down on their pop-up. The pop-up was a station that could be activated if put on the ground, and the walls were white with blue electricity running through the system. It was pristine, sleek, and left enough room for one person to roam around and a sleep pod. The Soldiers were given these pop ups while the actual soldiers were given a type of advance tend—still nowhere near as good as the pop up.
Brown had been standing in front of a desk as he looked at the pile of reports that appeared on the screen of his desk of missing soldiers, those that were dead, and where the last seen Soldiers of the Black Kingdom were. He had been staring at the reports for hours before he had heard someone bang on his door. He looked towards the door that had then opened and one of his underlings had walked on in. Dripping in water from the rain.
“Sir. There’s something that you need to see.” The transparent man spoke as Brown had begun to follow the solider outside in the rain. They had walked up the hill that the soldiers were camping out, and had walked towards a spot near the woods where there were four soldiers stationed around a figure. The figure, to him, looked like it was someone that was a Solider. Was it someone from the Black Kingdom? Brown had started to run towards the group of soldiers and figure. He had pushed them out of the way to look at the person that was forced onto their knees in the mud, and was handcuffed by their technology behind their back.
“Sir. We found this Solider coming out of a portal. We cannot identify the Solider.” The soilders without faces spoke and that made Brown nod. He had never seen this Solider before in his life. Brown took a step forward to the person.
“Identify yourself.” Brown spoke as he took out his gun from his holster.
