Enjoy the deep flavors of chocolate and Irish whiskey in this rich brownie pie. The gooey, fudgy brownie filling has a hint of whiskey mixed into the buttery crust. This makes it a delicious treat for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 9-inch pre-made pie crust. 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup Irish whiskey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put the pie crust that has already been made in a 9-inch pie dish and set it aside. Melt the butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix them in well. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until they are fully mixed in. Pour the Irish whiskey and vanilla extract in and mix well. The flour and salt should be just barely mixed in. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. As soon as the pie crust is ready, pour the batter into it. Set the edges and make the middle a little firm. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down before cutting it. If you want, you can serve it with whipped cream or ice cream.

Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan. While stirring all the time, heat over low heat until it melts and becomes smooth. Taking it off the heat, add the vanilla extract and mix it in. Take the brownie pie out of the oven when it's done baking and spread the fudge topping out evenly over the hot brownie pie.
