A delicious burger inspired by the flavors of grilled brown sugar chili pork tenderloin, featuring a juicy and flavorful pork patty topped with cheddar cheese, fresh vegetables, and a zesty honey Dijon sauce, all served on a toasted bun.
Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 teaspoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 slices of red onion. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon honey. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Instructions: Set your grill to medium-high heat about 190 to 204C or 375 to 400F. Take a small bowl and mix the brown sugar, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. This will make a dry rub for the pork tenderloin. Cover the pork tenderloin evenly with the dry mixture by rubbing it all over. Season the pork tenderloin and put it on a hot grill. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning it over every so often, until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. Put the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic in a bowl and mix them together to make a sauce while the pork is cooking. When the pork is almost done, brush the buns with oil and put them on the grill to toast until they get a little brown. As the pork is almost done cooking, put a slice of cheddar cheese on each tenderloin slice and let it melt. After taking the pork off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes. Then, cut it into thin slices. Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. A lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a red onion slice, and a lot of grilled pork should be put on top of the sauce. Put the top half of the bun on top of the filling to finish. Have fun with your Grilled Brown Sugar Chili Pork Tenderloin Burgers! You should serve them hot.
