With The BA Burger Deluxe, you can have the best burger experience ever. On top of melted cheddar cheese and a special sauce are juicy beef patties that taste a bit like tangy pickles. The whole thing is served on a toasted bun.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 1 tbsp yellow mustard. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put ground beef, diced onions, and diced pickles in a bowl. Add pepper and salt. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, cover the grill and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. While the burgers are cooking, use the grill to lightly toast the buns. To make the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard in a small bowl. Put tomato slices and lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers. Sprinkle a cooked patty and some sauce on top. Add the top bun halves to the burgers to finish them off, and serve them hot.
