A mixture of WLP 885 and WLP 830. Zurich lager and German lager. Both with Best Buy date of 12.26.15. Built up yeast for 2.5 days in 1600 ml starter with 7 ounces DME. Worried about the clumps of yeast. #homebrewing #yeaststarter #homebrewproblems #brulosophy
