Air-frying these Brussels sprouts makes them perfectly crispy. They make a tasty snack or side dish that won't make you feel bad. They have a great crunch from the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs mixed together.
Ingredients: 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C. In a mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated. In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Dip each Brussels sprout half into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it gently to adhere the coating. Place the coated Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray them with cooking spray for extra crispiness. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer when they are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot as a delicious and healthy snack or side dish.
