So at the beginning of Fragments we see Steven's gem glow before the wall was placed and blocked Pearl right?
Its white.
Later in the episode, we see it glow again, this time however:
It's pink.
White and Pink.
I am getting a sneaking suspicion we will be finding out on Friday what this means.
My theory: Steven is going to get eyebeams and control White Diamond.

We've seen him with Diamond Eyes before. (This isn't even all the instances, and only from Season One and the only one's I actually wrote down in Google Docs, add more if you have them!)
Episodes and why he got Diamond Eyes:
Monster Buddies: Steven gets diamond eyes when he's hugging Centi and again when he falls to his knees towards Centi's gem. And again when he says "but if she couldn't do it..."
An Indirect Kiss: He gets stars in his eyes but then reflects diamond eyes in the reflection of Amethyst's gem.
Mirror Gem: Steven wants to relate to Connie so he gets excited when Pearl mentions that the school day had ended. Steven reacts to this by getting diamond eyes.
Space Race: Steven gets diamond eyes when he thinks about how Pearl would get so happy to see space again.
Island Adventure: He gets diamond eyes upon seeing the warp pad again after be stranded on an island for days/weeks(?)
The Test: Gets diamond eyes when he gets the card to roll the dice to escape the eggquake.
So, I made this comparison.
And had an idea of a drawing that I will doodle later but if anyone wants to beat me to it.
What if he had like mini wyrm heads all over his body like Nightmare Freddy lol

I have some questions. (Mostly Rambles)
You know, out of everything in the finale the one thing that has been itching me about it is we did not get any real insight on corruption. @novantinuum original post on the theory said that Steven Corrupting would maybe give us the opportunity to explore the mystery of corruption because we really don't know much about it. And that idea was so fascinating to me.
However what we got seemed to have opened up even more questions about corruption. I Am My Monster was the first episode where we were not in Steven's perspective. He was practically so far gone that we the viewer could not follow him. So we were not able to know what Steven was experiencing while in Monster form.
Like, this is going to bother me because it boggles my mind. And the whole scene with White connecting with him and her saying that the Monster was not Steven anymore?? Like hello?? What does that mean?? I need to know.
All we can go on right now is after Steven is healed based on his reaction he seems to be confused of why everyone has their full attention on him. He seems to start to ask if he had hurt anyone and maybe even starts to say he was sorry. So, I'm wondering if he was at all aware of what was going on in Monster mode. Cause it doesn't seem like he does.
Also the way he ended up corrupting seems to be him thinking hes a monster and then turning into a monster. Some fans might come up with the conclusion that it was his body shapeshifting to his emotions. The other side points out that Blue Diamond says "Is he...corrupted?" But like she didn't even know about corruption so how would she know if he was corrupted. So its like a mix bag of was Steven corrupted or was it just his body shapeshifting?
And the way he turned back could have been his healing tears or it could have been him not feeling like a monster anymore after getting a few reassuring speeches from his love ones.
Like it really could have been either/or.
Like honestly I think they added the dialogue from Blue as actual confirmation that yes he is corrupted. Cause if it was shapeshifting Yellow's powers would have worked I think?? Maybe? Idk.
Someone please ask Rebecca cause man am I confused and facinated haha.
